Our Enrollment Process
Fill out a Inquiry Form
Step 1
Fill out our simple form, and we will contact you as soon as possible. You can also schedule a call with us at 317-474-8512.
Determine Eligibility
Step 2
After your inquiry is in, we will determine your eligibility depending on your insurance. Most insurances require a diagnosis of Autism (ASD) in order to cover ABA therapy.
Schedule a Evaluation
Step 3
One of our BCBA's will conduct a comprehensive assessment and parent report to determine the areas of concern for each individual in order to increase or decrease behaviors of social significance. This will also include the therapy hours designated for your child.
Start Therapy
Step 4
Once everything is approved we will give you a call to schedule a start date for your childs therapy!
